GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. Here at the NECHV, we honor this international day of kindness by connecting with our own beloved community in celebration of what we like to call GivingVETSday!
GivingVETSday is a day to give back to those who have given so much. A chance to be a wingman for all Veterans. To let them know that our nation and community have their back.
But, what does it mean to be a Wingman? Brigadier General Kendall Switzer, USAF (Ret.), MBA, our Keynote Speaker at the Virtual 18th Annual Leave No One Behind Gala, explains in the video above!
Every aspect of daily life and every element of our society has been touched and disrupted by the ongoing public health crisis; and the Veterans served by the NECHV are especially at risk. Your support is a critical component in our ability to help Veterans in need return to a healthy and stable civilian life.
Together, we give. Be a Wingman for Local Veterans this Holiday Season.
Below are six ways you can make a direct impact!
