Citizens Bank Teaches Financial Freedom
Citizens Bank recently partnered with NECHV’s Veterans Training School to bring a series of financial education classes to Veterans. The program, titled Citizens Bank Veterans Financial Freedom, ran for six weeks and was held in the Gordon Classroom. The courses taught were Bank On It, Money Matters, Pay Yourself First, To Your Credit, and Loan To Own. They covered a wide range of topics, from bank services basics to building and repairing credit and taking out loans.
Learning the basics of money management is an important step for anyone seeking sustainable independence. We are so grateful to Citizens Bank for giving their time and knowledge to help Veterans at NECHV take control of their financial futures!
